As technology involving information and data progress, the gaps in Bangladesh's IT infrastructure grow. The information age brings new threats on both international and local levels. Our children have increasingly exposed to the cyber world, and more unique forms of harassment appear that parents, teachers, and guardians need to be aware of. In the meanwhile, data and information are threatened in the way of smaller scale scams like identity theft and mobile-banking hacks as well as larger-scale attacks like the 2016 Bangladesh Bank cyber heist. In the absence of any large scale enterprise in the private sector, Mitisol Ltd was founded to make life in the digital Universe safer for all.

Colonel Md Shahidul Islam, psc (Retd) (Director) served in the Army for twenty-seven years and voluntarily retired as a Colonel in 2019. He is formerly an ex-signaller who developed his skills on telecommunication and IT during his prolonged military service. The Colonel is a veteran instructor and served in the Bangladesh Military Academy and School of Signals on multiple occasions. He supervised, monitored, controlled, and formulated policies on cyber-security while serving in a military intelligence organization. He commanded a Signal Battalion and a Sector of Border Guard Bangladesh. He is a graduate from Defence Services Command and Staff College. The Colonel is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Programmer on Oracle Language. He completed Master of Arts in English, Master in Defence Studies (1st class), and Master in Business Administration from Bangladesh. He also completed his second MBA from Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary’s University, Canada and a Diploma on Project Management from George Brown College, Canada. Off late, he completed post-graduation certification on Higher Education Teaching from Harvard University (US)
Barrister A B M Hamidul Mishbah is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer practicing at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, and is the Managing Partner of Old Bailey Chambers, Dhaka. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) and Post Graduate Degree in Law from the United Kingdom, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales from Lincoln’s Inn in March 2005. Mishbah later on pursued an LL.M Degree in Competition Law at the Kings College, London. Mishbah specializes in the areas of Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Emerging Technology, Technology Transfer & Franchise, IT & Telecommunication, and International Commercial law. Mishbah also works as a Consultant at World Intellectual Property Organization.
Mishbah’s recent notable engagements include assisting Japan Tobacco Industries in a USD 1.5-billion-dollar acquisition – the largest acquisition in Bangladesh till date. Mishbah has assisted large multinational companies and brands i.e. Microsoft Inc, Samsung Electronics, Pfizer, Gilead Sciences, Tommy Hilfiger, Casio, Nestle, enforce their intellectual property rights (Trademark and Patent) in Bangladesh. In 2019 Mishbah played the key role for the enactment of the Customs IPR (Import and Export) Rules, 2019. In 2014 Mishbah assisted the music fraternity of Bangladesh to establish the first ever Collective Management Organization in Bangladesh. Mishbah has previously served as an IPR Consultant to the Access to Information Program at the Prime Minister’s Office, Bangladesh. In 2011 Mishbah founded Bangladesh Intellectual Property Forum (www.bcipf.org) – a not- for solely focuses on IPR awareness and capacity building programs and has been awarded the “Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Bangladesh, 2015 Award” by the Junior Chambers International (JCI).
Mr. Rezaur Rahman (Director) he is a successful businessman based in U.K. After finishing his MBA 2003 from London school of commerce he started his career at Tesco as operational manager and later on after few years joined Sky TV as a regional manager.
He started his own business on February 2006, in Automobile domain as Land Rover & Jaguar authorized car parts dealer. He founded a Company name Business Mind Ltd and currently this company owns a major share of Car parts market in Bangladesh. Business Mind Ltd is a leading Exporter of car partsfrom UK.

Brigadier General Kazi A.S.M. Arif, afwc, psc (Retired) is a smart, upright and dedicated officer who served Bangladesh Army in diversified experience. He served Bangladesh Army for 32 and half years in various positions and appointments of command, staff, and instructor. He is an officer from The Corps of Signals (communication branch of the army). He served as an instructor in the School of Military Intelligence, also served in DGFI in various appointments. He was one of the pioneer officers in establishing the National Telecommunication Monitoring Center (NTMC). He served as Director (External) of National Security Intelligence (responsible for external intelligence and coordination with the embassies/ HC). He was the commandant of the Signal Training Center and School and Commander 86 Independent Signal Brigade (Independent formation). He also served as Military Observer and as Staff in UN mission in Kuwait and Congo respectively.
He is a well-traveled man who visited dozens of countries around the world. He has a penchant for study various subjects of his interest.
Barrister Moin Mahfuz is a highly regarded specialist within banking, property, civil litigation, and human rights. He has dealt with Government sectors of different countries including MENA, Asia and South America. As primary legal adviser/General Counsel, he assist the directors and management of IBA Group.
Lieutenant Colonel A T M Mozibul Alam, psc (retd) served in Bangladesh Army over thirty years and an expert in wireless and mobile communication, PSTN, Structured cable (FO) system, Cellular networks, Telecommunication development and ICT related project works. He served as Senior System Administrator and Head of Department of ICT at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), Instructor at Signal Training Centre and School, General Staff Officer (Grade 1) at Army Headquarters, and Commanded three units. He is also an Intelligence Analyst and Security Expert. He served at United Nations Mission in Sierra Leone as Head of IT section, and Ivory Coast as Military Advisor to Chief of Staff.
He has competed Bachelor and Masters in Computer Science and Engineering. He is also a MBA professional with major in Marketing. He is a proud graduate of Defense Services Command and Staff College as well. He has five different publications in his credit. He is keen in Golf and passionate about arts & paintings.
Samira Tunazzina an expert in house IT operations. She Graduated from Bangladesh Army University of Science & Technology in Computer Science & Engineering. She started her career at Mitisol Limited in january 2022. She was previous Trainee Executive at Mitisol Limited. She is also certified TCA of PSI Global at Mitisol Cyber Academy. Her other qualities and abilities are leadership, team work, people management, convincing & negotiation.

Warrant Officer Md Rezaul Karim Bhuiyan (Retd) joined Mitisol Limited as a Manager Administration and also Account & Finance. Previously he served 30 years in Bangladesh Army in various Infantry Battalion, Infantry Brigade, Institution and President Guard Regiment. He served various office like Admin office, Account office and General Staff office etc. Also, he served Delhi Public School (DPS) for almost 04 years as security in charge of admin department.
Throughout the years, Md Rezaul Karim showed dignity and responsibility to his professions. Many years of service in Bangladesh Army helped him to gain some core values like punctuality, honesty, compassion for work etc. His responsibility for family and leadership capability is also admirable.

Previously He served for 5 (five) years in a Group of Company & Audit Firm of Bangladesh. Prior to that He also served as an Assistant Manager in different companies for 3 years.
